  1. Payment Info:
    Accepted Payments: We take all major credit cards.
    Pricing Options:
    By Hour: Perfect for flexible plans and multiple stops.
    By Trip: Best for direct transfers.
    By Head: Great for group bookings.
    Rates: The price you see is an estimate. The final amount will be settled after your trip. Extra charges may apply for waiting time or additional stops. We allow a 20-minute grace period after your scheduled pickup time, then an hourly rate will apply.

  2. Late night fee: For services between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, there’s an additional fee of $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on the vehicle.

  3. Credit card processing: Charges might show up on your statement as the date they were processed, not the trip date. Rest assured, all transactions are secure.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    Regular services: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for no charge.
    Private or customized service: Let us know at least 72 hours ahead to avoid fees.
    Group weddings, Special events: Cancel at least 14 days in advance, or as per your contract, to avoid full charges.

  5. Extra Info
    Car Seats: We provide complimentary car seats and booster seats if requested in advance. Required for children under 6.
    Airport Protocol: Your chauffeur will hold a sign with your name. We track flights and adjust our arrival time if needed. We offer a 40-minute grace period for inbound flights; waiting time charges apply after that.
    Can’t find your chauffeur? Call our 24-hour dispatch at (939)775-7380. Not calling might mean full charges.

  6. Safety and Conduct
    Weather and Traffic: Sometimes, weather and traffic can impact on-time pickups. We might need to cancel if conditions are severe.
    Damage and Conduct: You’re responsible for any damage to the vehicle. There’s a sanitation fee of $100.00 - $750.00, depending on the situation. No alcohol or drug use allowed, and smoking is not permitted (E-cigarettes are okay).
    Subcontracting and Refunds: If we can’t fulfill your booking due to unforeseen issues, we might subcontract or provide a full refund.
    COVID-19: We encourage face masks and hand sanitizer during your service. ( optional )

  7. Gratuity
    Suggested Tip: 15-20%.
    Groups, Weddings, Special Events: Gratuity will be added automatically.
    Individual Reservations: Tipping is optional. You can give it directly to the chauffeur. Want to pre-pay or add extra for exceptional service? Let us know before your service day.
